Monday Healing Moment: Remembering Your Enoughness
Happy Monday 💛 Before anything asks for your effort this week, let’s return to something deeper: your enoughness.
Take a slow breath in. And a long breath out.
Let yourself arrive here, just as you are. Enough and whole.
Now imagine gently setting down the idea that you need to prove something this week. That you need to be more, do more, fix more, become more.
Just for this moment… you don’t. You recognize the difference between needing to prove yourself and wanting to move your life forward with intention and care.
You tap into the truth within you that doesn’t need validation.
A steady knowing that says: I am already enough. My enoughness is innate.
Breath deep and soak in:
You are enough now, without waiting until you’ve done more.
You are enough now, without waiting until you’ve healed more.
You are enough now, without waiting until you’ve figured it all out.
Now. Here. Today
Feel into that. Even if it’s unfamiliar. Even if it’s subtle.
Enoughness isn’t something you earn.
Breath deep. Feel into your wholeness.
It’s something you remember.
It lives in you and shines through you as you live your life.
It shines in your care.
It shines in your humanity.
As this week begins, let yourself move from that place.
Not chasing worth… but grounded in it.
Take one more slow breath. Let it settle gently in your body.
You don’t need to become enough.
You already are.
Love, Lola Graham

Sit A Lot? Make Sure You Do This
A study in the British Journal of Sports Medicine of 72,000 people found that even if you sit all day, walking more protects your heart, and you don't need 10,000 steps to start seeing benefits.
Researchers tracked over 72,000 adults using wearable devices and found that every step above 2,200 per day was linked to a lower risk of death and heart disease, and this was regardless of how many hours they spent sitting each day.
The biggest drop in risk came around the 9,000 - 10,000 steps mark, but about half of that benefit showed up at just 4,000 - 4,500 steps per day. So if you work at a desk, it is especially important to make sure you’re getting a good amount of steps each day.
You can do this by going for a walk at lunch, parking further away, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or going for an evening walk, etc. It can all add up to a healthier heart and body!
✅ Action Step: Count your steps this week. Just notice where you're at, no pressure, just awareness.
