Monday Healing Moments: Rooted in Self-Worth
Happy Monday 💛 Before this week begins to move, let’s ground into something deeper than productivity, your inherent worth.
Take a slow breath in. Let it call you home to yourself. Nourishing. Grounding. Supporting.
Imagine your exhale softly carrying away expectations, conditions, criticism. Leaving behind your truth: you are worthy, just as you are. You always have been.
As this deep soul truth settles in your body, it gently whispers “you’ve always been enough, it’s safe to ground deeply into you.”
Feeling this truth, this deep knowing, give yourself permission to feel rooted in your worth. Imagine roots growing gently from your feet into the earth beneath you. They anchor you. They hold you steady.
These roots are not built from achievements. Not from praise. Not from comparison. They grow from something constant, the simple truth that you exist.
Feel what it’s like to be supported without needing to prove anything.
Rooted, your self-worth does not fluctuate with outcomes.
Rooted. You are not more valuable on your best day. You are not less valuable on your hardest day.
Rooted. You are a force, healing, growing, shining as you are.
As this week unfolds, let yourself move from this rooted place. Anchoring this worth with one more deep breath. You are already enough.
Love, Lola Graham

No-Cost Strategy to Support Mental Well-Being 🚶♀️➡️
Exercise is an effective way to support your mental health, but you don’t need a complicated workout program to support your mental health with movement. Sometimes, a good walk is enough.
Regular physical activity, including brisk walking, is associated with a significantly lower risk of developing depression and anxiety. In fact, research suggests that around 20 to 30 minutes of moderate-intensity movement most days can meaningfully reduce depressive symptoms and improve mood.
If you are struggling to fit exercise into your routine, then brisk walking could be a great place to start. It helps regulate stress hormones, increase blood flow to the brain, and stimulate the release of mood-supporting neurotransmitters. Plus, it’s accessible, no-cost, and gentle on the body.
✅ Action Step: Take a 20-minute brisk walk today, outside if you can, without looking at your phone and notice how your mood feels afterward.
