You cannot change your past (which sucks), but you can take charge of your present and future.
We believe in you and your ability to achieve your goals!

Monday Healing Moment: Rooting Into Love

Happy Monday 💛 Let’s begin this week by reconnecting with something powerful and healing: love.

Take a slow breath in. And a gentle breath out. Feel yourself arrive here.

Now imagine love not as something you must chase or earn… but as something you can root into.

A steady presence. A way of being. A force that lives within and around you.

Imagine roots growing gently from your heart downward into the earth beneath you. With each breath, those roots deepen. Steady. Grounding. Supportive.

And flowing through those roots is love. Love for yourself. Love for others. Love for life. Love for the version of you still healing and becoming.

This love is not perfection. It does not require you to always feel positive or whole.

Love can look like rest. Boundaries. Forgiveness. Tenderness. Compassion. Trying again. Space to make mistakes and learn.

As this week begins, let yourself move from a more rooted place. Not fear-rooted. Not shame-rooted. Love-rooted.

Take one more slow breath. Let love settle softly into your body.

Your heart is allowed to be a place you can come home to.

Love, Lola Graham

Noticing Your Daily "Wins"

Hey you winner! I watched a talk a while ago about productivity, and within it was an interesting reframe of productivity.

Since we live in a capitalist society, many of us come to believe that productivity is about output and what we produce. This limits our actions and downplays them, leading us to believe that they aren’t good enough because they aren’t “productive.”

In reality, small actions are useful and productive to you and your own life. Which is why one of my favourite exercises to give my clients is noticing 3 daily “wins.”

These “wins” can be small, tiny things like just getting out of bed for the day, or they can be major things like running a marathon. The “win” is in the eye of the beholder, but I like to encourage picking at least 1 each day that most people wouldn’t consider a traditional “win.”

This helps to reframe how you look at your life and your actions. It makes doing stuff easier because you see yourself as someone who is productive and has wins along the way every day.

Action Step: What are 3 wins from yesterday, and take a moment to feel each. Make 1 a non-traditional win. For me, that is taking time to feel and process my stress instead of ignoring it and pushing it down. What are your 3?

Glimmers of Joy:

A gentle prompt to help you create small feel good moments of beauty, appreciation, and delight.

Notice something in nature that feels quietly reassuring today. A breeze, birdsong, sunlight, rain, leaves moving.
