Today’s Edition

You are wonderful, special and just straight up fantastic! There will be moments when you forget those truths; that is ok, it happens, but pause for a second and remind yourself just how great you truly are.

Ritualizing Savouring: Nourishment in the Small Breaks

Hey gorgeous, it’s time to let sacred enjoyment seep into the cracks, the moments in between. We often rush through breaks as if they’re wasted time, but what if those moments were tiny sanctuaries of peace? It’s all about how we approach them. By ritualizing savouring, you transform everyday pauses into nourishing experiences that calm your nervous system, bring joy, and remind you life is meant to be felt.

But, what does it mean to “ritualize savouring?”  We’re bringing together two powerful ideas. Bringing ritual to the everyday is about learning how to approach our life with care and ceremony, recognizing we can add importance to what we do. And, the savouring is about how we execute that, enjoying something slowly so we can take in all the details, all the pleasure.

Why it matters

  • 🌸 Builds positive emotions and strengthens resilience.

  • 🧘 Brings you out of “go-go-go” mode and into balance.

  • 🧠 Teaches your brain to anchor in peace and joy.

  • 🌱 Adds meaning to ordinary moments, making life feel fuller.

🌟 Examples of ritualizing savouring

  • ☕ Treat your tea or coffee break like a ceremony: slow down, taste fully, breathe deeply.

  • 🌞 Step outside to feel sun or fresh air, even for two minutes. Let nature fill your senses to the max. Notice the beautiful details all around you.

  • Create a mini ritual (light a candle, stretch, bring hands to your heart, journal a sentence) that makes breaks sacred.

Action Step: Choose one break today to savour fully. Slow down, notice, and give that moment your complete attention. Choose to set the mundane aside and find a little magic in your life as you ritualize savouring.

Movement is Nourishment

Have you ever gotten out of a car after a long drive and felt stiff and achy? That is because you haven’t been nourishing yourself with movement.

Movement is the body’s natural pump for circulation. When you move, your muscles contract and relax, helping push blood through your veins and arteries. This action supports your heart in distributing oxygen and nutrients to every cell while also carrying away waste products.

Without consistent movement, circulation slows, leading to stiffness, fatigue, and potential long-term health risks.

Some of the benefits of more regular movement:

♥️Improved cardiovascular health
⚡More energy
🏃Faster recovery for exercise
🦵Better skin and joint health

Action Step: Break up periods of sitting by standing, walking, or gently stretching every 30–60 minutes. Even small movements can make a significant difference in keeping blood circulating strongly.

“I’m Not Enough:” Challenging Worthiness Wounds

Trauma can plant the belief that you’re somehow inadequate. This couldn’t be further from the truth, you worthy beauty. This week offers gentle ways to challenge that.

Day 1: Spotting the Belief
The “I’m not enough” belief can hide in plain sight when we habitually see it as an expression of truth rather than a thought. It’s time to drain its power and see it for what it is: a thought distortion that denies your innate worthiness. You deserve better. You are enough. Here are common patterns that can help you spot the belief.

  • 🫣Perfectionism, comparison, or people-pleasing: It’s time to realize enoughness doesn’t equal perfect.

  •  🥵All-or-nothing, overgeneneralization, & black-or-white thinking: Robs you of grace and presents life in extremes.

  • 🫥Disqualifying the positive, jumping to conclusions, & should statements: Holding unrealistic standards for yourself.

Awareness is the doorway to change. When you see the beliefs, bring in some common humanity for support: you are not alone in this feeling and if others can shift their belief so can you.

Darling, don’t give up on yourself, you’re so worth it. Sending love 💕
