Today’s Edition

All of us will pass on one day from this world, but that day isn’t today, so seize the day and let yourself live in a way that fills your cup 🍵

The Pressure to Have It All Figured Out
There’s a quiet pressure many of us carry, the feeling that we should know who we are, what we want, and where we’re going.
We live in reference to expectations we set for ourselves when we were younger, expectations that fit (outdated) social norms, so-called standards of what you ‘should’ do by a certain age, or stage. By now.
But the truth is, identity isn’t something you arrive at once and for all. It’s something you live into. It evolves as you grow, experience, question, and change. There’s no “proper” when it comes to stages of life, there’s simply an evolution of you. You are on your own timeline, adventuring in your own way through a life that’s uniquely yours.
When we put pressure on ourselves to have everything figured out, we can rush decisions, ignore curiosity, or feel like we’re falling behind.
But not knowing isn’t failure, it’s space and possibility. Allowing yourself to be in the process can create more alignment than forcing clarity ever could. But, to find that alignment, to become you, you need to give yourself room to open your hearts to THIS moment right here.
Here are some ways to soften the pressure:
•🌱 Reframe uncertainty: Not knowing means you’re still exploring
•🧭 Follow curiosity, not certainty: Small interests can guide your path
•⏳ Give yourself permission to evolve: You’re allowed to change
•💛 Let go of timelines: Your path doesn’t need to match anyone else’s
•🧠 Focus on what feels true right now: That’s enough to take a step
You don’t need a perfectly mapped-out life to move forward. You just need the next honest step. You deserve to celebrate where you are and experience the joy of the evolving you.
✅ Action step: Ask yourself: “What feels true for me right now?” and let that guide your next move.

A Secret For Healthy Body Weight 🤔
A study followed more than 7,000 adults over five years and found that two simple habits were linked to a lower BMI over time: eating breakfast early and eating an early dinner. The researchers believe eating earlier in the day aligns better with your body's internal clock, supporting better appetite regulation.
This was an observational study, which means they saw a trend, but it didn’t mean that eating earlier equaled weight loss. What matters for weight management is caloric balance.
What could have been happening here is that people who ate earlier in the evening meant they had no evening snacking, which would therefore lead to less caloric intake.
Remember, what works for some people doesn't work for everyone. So it is important to find what works best for you personally.
✅ Action Step: Try eating your breakfast a little earlier this week and notice if it improves your hunger and energy throughout the day. If it doesn’t, ditch it!
